Lisbon, Portugal. Must be eligible for an IEFP professional internship.

What you will do
- Monitor brand pages, including comments, messages, and mentions.
- Respond to users according to each brand’s tone of voice and guidelines.
- Conduct sentiment analysis and identify relevant topics, trends, and insights.
- Encourage conversations and promote community engagement.
- Support Social Media Managers in creating post plans and editorial calendars.
- Assist in performance analysis and the preparation of social media reports.
Requirements
- Degree or training in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship is mandatory.
- Strong written Portuguese skills and good knowledge of English.
- Interest in social media and digital communication.
- Empathy, organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is valued.
