What you will do

• Oversee onsite maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial teams, operational functions, projects, construction, and contracted services.
• Develop and execute five-year capital plans, condition assessments, capital budgets, and property operating budgets.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, safety systems, inspections, energy initiatives, and asset preservation.
• Lead procurement and contractor processes, including scopes of work, requests for proposals, bid evaluation, service agreements, work inspections, and close-out documentation.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment, administer OSHA, ADA, EPA, fire safety, and emergency management programs, and coordinate crisis response.
• Lead maintenance staff, support training and performance reviews, resolve escalated customer complaints, and provide operational support for events and holidays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, facilities, or property management.
• Working knowledge of maintenance and operational functions.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, CAD drawings, engineering drawings, and schematics.
• Accurate, reliable, solution-oriented, and results-driven work style with basic to moderate computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
