Manager, AP Service Delivery (Accounts Payable)

What you will do

• Monitor service performance against SLAs, taxonomy, and OKRs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the escalation point for accounts payable process issues.
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining accurate service delivery records and performance reports.
• Identify process improvements, support investment decisions, and mitigate operational risks through contingency planning.
• Present performance results in monthly, quarterly, and other governance forums.
• Lead, mentor, allocate resources for, and develop a captive and outsourced service delivery team supporting New Verticals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounting and accounts payable experience.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven service delivery experience, including team management and meeting SLAs.
• Experience working in a multinational environment with complex regional or country operations.
• Understanding of financial and operational controls, with strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP HANA and invoicing or ticketing systems.
