Service Delivery Manager, Food & Beverage Solutions

Location: Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium; regular travel within Belgium, averaging three days per week

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10–12 Service Engineers, including remote team members.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and installation services.
• Support engineers with complex technical challenges and customer escalations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with customers, account managers, planners, and technical specialists to improve service delivery.
• Monitor team performance, utilization, resource allocation, operational efficiency, and financial objectives.

Requirements

• Technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in service operations, field service management, or a related technical environment.
• Previous experience leading and developing teams.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required.
• Strong coaching, people management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, with willingness to travel regularly within Belgium.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
• Experience in packaging, processing, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
