Delivery Manager, Professional Services (ERP)

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil; periodic travel to client and project locations may be required.

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales discovery, shape delivery approaches, estimate work, and define deliverables for ERP consulting engagements.
• Coordinate Sales, Solution Architects, subject matter experts, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Provide governance across multiple projects and workstreams to support predictable execution.
• Lead governance forums, status reporting, executive communications, expectation management, and escalations.
• Develop reusable assets, improve pre-sales and delivery methods, and identify service expansion opportunities within client accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading ERP delivery in SAP and/or Oracle environments.
• Experience with implementations, upgrades, transformations, and/or major enhancements.
• Ability to manage cross-functional delivery across functional and technical workstreams, including integrations, data, testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization.
• Ability to work from Sao Paulo, Brazil and travel periodically to client or project locations.
