Service Delivery Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, from daily users to decision-makers.
• Oversee accurate daily reporting support, service quality, SLA adherence, and operational performance.
• Coordinate service incident resolution and escalation of technical issues.
• Lead remote and in-person client engagement meetings, health reporting, and platform adoption initiatives.
• Train clients on operational and trading support best practices and new platform features.
• Develop client networks, identify business and product needs, and mentor Analysts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in investment management, insurance, fintech, investment accounting, financial services, or investment operations.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.
• Knowledge of HKGAAP, IFRS, HK regulatory reporting, and insurance accounting.
• Strong communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of structured products, derivatives, and fixed-income securities.
