Geospatial Data Content Manager Mid (AI)

Location: Arnold, Missouri, United States. US citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph are required.

What you will do

• Manage and disseminate Mapping, Charting and Geodesy content supporting operational requirements and NGA's forward architecture.
• Develop automation strategies and custom tools for data handling, integrity checks, secure transfer, and distribution workflows.
• Identify, collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data to enhance GEOINT processes and systems.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to geospatial analysis and data extraction from diverse sources.
• Develop API-based integrations for data exchange between NGA and partner systems.
• Maintain the legacy Python codebase, implement security requirements, and collaborate with GEOINT content teams on quality assurance.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Five years of combined relevant experience and college coursework in a related field.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Suite, Python libraries including NumPy, pandas, and Matplotlib, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and APIs.
• Knowledge of database principles, enterprise geodatabase management, versioning workflows, and cloud-based database solutions.
• Ability to contribute code to local, remote, and shared repositories such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Professional writing, critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and effective collaboration with geographically dispersed personnel.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in ETL processes.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with geospatial open-source technologies such as QGIS, OGR, GeoServer, or PostGIS.
