What you will do

• Create quarterly and annual market reports, economic outlooks, and thought leadership content.
• Provide strategic, client-facing research support for broker pursuits and client deliverables.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of property databases, market statistics, and economic indicators.
• Translate complex data into insights that support client decisions and corporate real estate strategies.
• Build relationships with local media, trade associations, public agencies, and academic institutions.
• Partner with valuation, capital markets, leasing, marketing, GIS, and IT teams on modeling, data visualization, and research solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, real estate, or a related field.
• At least five years of applied research or analytics experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven project ownership or team leadership experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Expertise with CoStar, MSCI-RCA, Tableau or Power BI, and CRM systems.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with GIS mapping or spatial analytics.
