What you will do

• Develop detailed knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
• Track and analyze economic, demographic, and commercial real estate data to identify market activity, conditions, and trends.
• Maintain accurate internal commercial real estate metrics in Curve Analytics and produce quarterly market statistics.
• Compile client-specific statistical data and convert it into graphs, tables, and charts.
• Build relationships with brokerage teams, research peers, and external real estate experts to support research needs.
• Support client pitches, presentations, proposals, and cross-functional problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of real estate research or related business experience.
• Basic understanding of commercial real estate and/or capital markets metrics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as common real estate data vendors.
• Strong analytical, writing, organizational, project management, multitasking, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, manage complex situations, and support internal and external clients under tight schedules.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ESRI Suite, ArcGIS, PowerBI, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with economic and demographic platforms such as Moody’s, Lightcast, Oxford Economics, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Bureau of Economic Analysis, and the Census Bureau.
