Residential Program Coordinator / Lead DSP

Salary: Up to $20.50 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate services covering finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational or vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to maintain adequate program coverage.
• Guide, coach, and support staff while assisting with consistent programming, individual supports, and team communication.
• Provide direct support, including personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and activities of daily living.
• Promote person-centered support that advances independence, dignity, choice, and positive outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-managed home environment and communicate medical, behavioral, household, program, and staffing needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• At least two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, one year of lead staff experience, or a two-year degree in a related field.
• At least 18 years of age with basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to provide physical support, including standing, walking, bending, transferring, repositioning, and lifting or assisting with up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work some weekend shifts and holidays.
