Maintenance Coordinator 2nd Shift

What you will do

• Complete maintenance work orders throughout the community.
• Repair and prepare apartments before resident move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies.
• Perform general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping work.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours calls while following property safety and disaster procedures.
• Maintain offices, workshops, storage areas, and mechanical spaces; drive residents to stores or special trips as needed.

Requirements

• No experience required; general mechanical or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clear and positive communication skills.
• Confidence, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required unless exempt under applicable medical, religious, or personal-belief provisions.
