Manager, Process & Automation (AI)

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and own SOPs for Longtail post-graduation vendors.
• Build vendor handover processes and quality gates from Incubation to Growth.
• Design AI- and tool-based workflows for vendor management and zombie recovery.
• Translate commercial and analytics strategies into executable workflows.
• Reduce manual work and cost-to-serve through process automation.
• Build governance frameworks with controls, escalation matrices, and audit loops across 16 markets and hubs.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in operations excellence, process design, or automation.
• Experience working with CRM systems, ticketing systems, and AI workflows.
• Experience building automation with CRM workflows, AI copilots, or internal scripting.
• Strong execution and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfort working with data teams to build automation triggers.
