What you will do

• Produce quantitative and economic analysis for Executive Committee and Board materials, including scenarios, unit economics, capacity and cost models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses.
• Reconcile fragmented, incomplete, and conflicting information from multiple functions into defensible views, clearly stating assumptions, uncertainty, and evidence gaps.
• Maintain external evidence on comparator institutions, sector benchmarks, published research, and relevant precedent.
• Convert analysis into decision-ready memos, briefs, charts, dashboards, model walkthroughs, and verbal briefings for senior audiences.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows for data extraction, reconciliation, monitoring, reporting, alerts, and recurring quality checks.
• Coordinate planning, review, reporting, and committee cycles while tracking decisions, actions, owners, assumptions, and follow-up deadlines.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience producing analysis that informs decisions by senior stakeholders in a research institution, consultancy, financial institution, policy body, university, or comparable analytical function.
• Training or practical experience in economics, consulting, policy research, financial analysis, or another quantitative discipline.
• Strong ability to turn complex analysis into concise executive communication, including decision briefs, presentations, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Working competence in Python or R for data analysis and experience building or supporting analytical workflows with limited manual intervention.
• Practical experience using AI-enabled tools, large language models, agents, or scripted workflows, with the judgement to validate outputs and retain human review where needed.
• Ability to work with incomplete and conflicting inputs, learn unfamiliar subject areas quickly, challenge assumptions constructively, and collaborate across Finance, Data/IT, academic, and professional functions.
