Technical Business Analyst – AI & Automation (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid, office-first; work from another location is available for up to 60 days per year depending on the role. Working in Central European business hours is required.

What you will do

• Build and deploy automation solutions with Python, n8n, UiPath, and approved AI technologies, including workflow logic, integrations, and exception handling.
• Develop applied AI features using LLM services, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent workflows with measurable business value.
• Create Python and SQL data-processing pipelines for reconciliations, validations, transformations, and operational controls.
• Integrate enterprise systems through REST APIs, JSON, databases, files, and connectors, including Oracle Fusion.
• Prototype, test, deploy, and evolve maintainable solutions using AI-assisted development tools.
• Own production readiness and ongoing improvement, including testing, access management, error handling, logging, audit trails, and coordination with platform, security, and technology teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, technical business analysis, or solution delivery, including strong production-ready Python skills and experience building maintainable applications rather than one-off scripts.
• Practical hands-on experience with at least one workflow or RPA tool, such as UiPath, n8n, or an equivalent.
• Experience building reliable REST API integrations, including authentication, data exchange, error handling, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience building something with an AI tool, agent, or LLM framework.
• Ability to independently take a problem from definition through deployment without handholding.
• Fluent English and willingness to work in Central European business hours.

Nice to have

• Exposure to accounting processes such as GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, or invoice processing.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Snowflake, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Mastra, MCP, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, containerization, or CI/CD.
• Engineering or Computer Science degree and certifications in Data Science, AI, or RPA, such as UiPath Developer Certification.
