Business Analyst – Automation & AI Solutions (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid work model; the company is office-first and expects flexibility between office and remote work. Work from another location is available for up to 60 days per year depending on the role.

What you will do

• Build and deploy automation solutions with Python, n8n, UiPath, and approved AI technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled features using LLM services, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
• Create Python and SQL pipelines for reconciliations, validations, data transformations, and operational controls.
• Integrate enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion through REST APIs, databases, files, and connectors.
• Prototype, test, deploy, and evolve maintainable production solutions with appropriate access management, logging, error handling, and audit trails.
• Work directly with accounting stakeholders to translate manual processes into technical automation approaches.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in automation, technical business analysis, or solution delivery.
• Strong production-ready Python skills and experience building robust, maintainable applications.
• Practical experience with at least one workflow or RPA tool, such as UiPath or n8n.
• Experience building reliable REST API integrations, including authentication, data exchange, error handling, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with an AI tool, agent, or LLM framework.
• Fluent English and availability during Central European business hours are required.

Nice to have

• Accounting knowledge covering GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, or invoice processing.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Snowflake, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Mastra, MCP, cloud deployment on AWS or Azure, containerization, or CI/CD.
• Engineering or Computer Science degree and certifications in Data Science, AI, or RPA.
