Data Management Analyst, Investment Operations

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Full-time, onsite position.

Salary: CAD 65,000–80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Maintain business and control processes for establishing, maintaining, and delivering complete and reliable security master records.
• Identify and resolve process gaps affecting the delivery of daily security master reference data.
• Assess and prioritize data needs and deficiencies with cross-functional teams and communicate requirements to senior management.
• Contribute to organization-wide data quality initiatives, including Aladdin MVP.
• Partner with internal teams and external auditors to improve control frameworks and implement additional controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with order management systems such as Aladdin, data vendors such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv, reconciliation tools such as DUCO, and accounting systems such as Clearwater.
• Experience handling and organizing large volumes of data, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros, Microsoft Office, SQL, reporting, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
• Understanding of regulatory-driven asset classification and its impact on rating and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of private assets, fixed income, and structured products is preferred.
