Analyst, Transaction Services

Location: On-site in Vancouver, BC, Canada

Total compensation: CA$80K–CA$120K per year, including variable bonus and equity potential.

A profitable, well-capitalized private-market platform that facilitates secondary transactions in venture-backed and pre-IPO companies.

What you will do

• Manage transaction services processes and coordinate transactions from handshake through closing.
• Support investors, sellers, legal counsel, issuers, and other stakeholders while providing updates and resolving issues.
• Prepare transaction documents and signature packages and obtain required signatures.
• Support fund investment management, including investor relations, audit, tax, and accounting activities.
• Maintain transaction information in the platform and related systems, and help Finance ensure accurate revenue tracking and settlement.
• Support KYC, AML, compliance, regulatory initiatives, process improvements, and product development.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally in finance, technology, legal, or investment services.
• Undergraduate degree in commerce, business, law, accounting, economics, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent attention to detail, resourcefulness, speed of execution, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to communicate priorities and deadlines and build high-trust relationships across teams and functions.
• Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume transactional documents in M&A, capital markets, investments, or corporate finance.
• Experience with private equity or venture capital fund investments.
