Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Downtown Toronto office, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Annual salary: CAD 55,000–60,000

What you will do

• Conduct property assessments, tax searches, surveys, market research, and financial analysis.
• Collect, organize, and analyze market and property data.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain information supporting appraisal assignments.
• Research markets and engage with market participants.
• Contribute to the preparation of appraisal reports with the valuation team.

Requirements

• Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing toward the AACI designation.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Interest in learning all aspects of commercial real estate.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in Canada; work visa sponsorship is not available.
