hirify.global is an on-demand food delivery platform operating as part of the Delivery Hero Group across around 65 countries.

What you will do

• Support content updates for key restaurant brands.
• Manage restaurant merchant onboarding, offboarding, and menu setup on the platform.
• Conduct commercial deep-dives into business topics and trends and provide recommendations.
• Monitor project KPIs and build dashboards to support project planning and growth.
• Support data requests, analysis, and partner operational compliance evaluations.
• Participate in high-impact commercial activities with the Account Management team.

Requirements

• Strong interest in customer behavior and the impact of content quality on purchasing decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, and a data-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Python, and Looker.
• Drive for results, action orientation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Structure, discipline, and ownership of assigned work.

Nice to have

• Experience with eCommerce operations.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Prezi, and Excel.
