College Intern - Business Process Automation

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, simplify data consolidation, and improve business process visibility.
• Develop or support workflows, dashboards, scripts, data templates, and low-code applications.
• Gather user requirements, document current processes, and translate process gaps into improvement ideas.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to track efficiency gains.
• Test, validate, document, and deploy automation solutions for business users.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders and present project outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree or polytechnic diploma in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Interest or experience in automation, AI tools, scripting, data analytics, dashboarding, or workflow digitization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and time zones, with flexibility and willingness to learn new tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Python, Excel, or RPA concepts.
