What you will do

• Analyze data and identify opportunities to redefine the grocery shopping experience for millions of customers.
• Tackle complex business challenges across operations, products, and consumer teams.
• Design and implement sustainable solutions from initial concept to full real-world implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert abstract plans into structural, actionable solutions.
• Manage and drive high-impact projects spanning multiple European countries.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of work experience in fast-paced environments, startups, or scale-ups.
• EU citizenship or a valid visa to work in the EU.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems into smart solutions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in business consulting.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python.
