Growth Analyst Intern (H/F) (SQL/Python, Ecommerce): Analyzing customer behavior and business questions to uncover growth opportunities, support expansion, and improve the online grocery shopping experience with an accent on data-driven analysis, operational excellence, and real-time models. Focus on translating complex analytical challenges into business strategies, optimizing models, and delivering sustainable solutions with cross-functional teams.
Location: Paris, France; onsite role
Salary: €1,500 gross per month for a full-time internship

What you will do
- Analyze customer behavior and solve critical business questions shaping the business model.
- Identify growth opportunities and support business expansion.
- Apply data-driven and analytical methods to improve operational excellence.
- Build and optimize models for real-time improvements.
- Translate analytical insights into clear strategies and executable business solutions.
- Collaborate with different teams and take ownership of projects from end to end.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Proficiency with SQL and Python, or strong motivation to learn them.
- Ability to translate complex analytical challenges into clear strategies and business solutions.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- EU citizenship required.
- Availability for at least 6 months.
