What you will do
- Lead sales forecasting and planning activities to support business and operational objectives.
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end sales processes across the customer lifecycle.
- Drive automation and scalability of commercial processes through CRM systems and data governance.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to design commission structures, incentive programs, and commercial frameworks.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on commercial objectives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Business Operations, or Commercial Excellence.
- Proven track record in sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Dynamic Arrays, and Financial Modelling).
- Ability to interpret large datasets and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
