Senior Process Integration Engineer (Quantum Hardware)

What you will do

• Lead the integration and transfer of new products, processes, and technologies from R&D into manufacturing.
• Define manufacturing process flows, specifications, and control strategies for new product introductions.
• Plan and execute process development, qualification, validation, and release activities.
• Investigate process integration issues, yield losses, and technical anomalies using structured, data-driven problem solving.
• Support manufacturing scale-up through new equipment, automation, and MES implementation.
• Maintain process and quality documentation and participate in Change Control and Material Review Boards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in process integration, process engineering, NPI, yield engineering, or a related engineering role.
• Experience in a semiconductor startup, microfabrication foundry, advanced manufacturing, or another high-tech hardware environment.
• Strong understanding of process development, integration, qualification, and manufacturing transfer.
• Experience with RCA, FMEA, SPC, DOE, process data analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with control plans, non-conformance management, change control, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Master’s or PhD degree in physics, electrical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, semiconductor engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor fabrication of superconducting devices or quantum technologies.
