Senior Business Analyst

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

hirify.global operates an e-commerce platform in Taiwan, including next-day Rocket Delivery and international Rocket Oversea delivery services.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve automated reports and dashboards for performance measurement and business decision-making.
• Extract and analyze data to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and provide actionable insights.
• Define strategic goals, establish measurable metrics, and track performance across growth, margins, expenses, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams on cross-functional projects.
• Develop financial planning and performance visibility for the Taiwan business and contribute as an FP&A subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of business analysis experience in a fast-paced, technology-oriented organization; e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Experience in product analysis, data reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Proficiency in database querying, such as SQL, and data visualization tools including Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
