Senior Business Analyst (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner to the Regional Distribution Sales Team to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and analyze sales accruals, including ship and debit rebate programs, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Validate distributor and channel partner payouts for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of POA, POS, and inventory data across business lines.
• Coordinate and analyze global channel performance reports and participate in standardization initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to resolve discrepancies and support operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, sales finance, or channel finance.
• Deep understanding of sales accruals, rebate programs, and channel incentives within the semiconductor industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems, specifically SAP or similar ERP platforms.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and complex reconciliations.
