Specialist, SaaS & Services Success (SaaS customer onboarding and project coordination): Coordinating customer onboarding projects, pilot ramp-ups, proposals, and product training with an accent on project tracking, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and customer feedback. Focus on facilitating cross-functional implementation work, resolving onboarding risks, supporting product adoption, and coordinating across multiple locations and reporting relationships.
Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with on-site work three times per week
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with shifting schedules or weekend work when needed.

What you will do
- Monitor assigned opportunities and customer onboarding projects, track progress, and escalate risks and issues.
- Support pilot and pre-production ramp-up activities, including product and user training coordination.
- Maintain project status reports, proposal materials, onboarding templates, repositories, and documentation.
- Gather and consolidate input from Engineering, Solutions, Operations, Sales, and Technical Support.
- Coordinate customer onboarding communications, document feedback, and share enhancement requests with Product Management and Development.
- Support customer adoption and engagement to help deliver a positive onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a technical field is preferred.
- At least one year of relevant experience in project management, customer delivery, onboarding, or project implementation.
- Working knowledge of systems integration and product data support.
- Ability to facilitate projects across multiple locations and reporting relationships.
- Proven project management skills, including managing multiple projects and delivering on time.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement and on-site three times per week in Quezon City, Manila.
