What you will do
- Answer NDLS customer calls and queries promptly and professionally.
- Process bookings and cancellations in line with NDLS procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures, scripts, performance agreements, and service requirements.
- Protect confidential information and comply with data protection and records management policies.
- Complete daily administration and support effective employee relations.
- Demonstrate values, integrity, professionalism, and safe working practices.
Requirements
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
