Customer Onboarding Agent (Fuel Cards): Supporting newly signed fuel-card customers through the initial onboarding process with an accent on customer representation, tailored communication, and relationship building. Focus on promoting Radius products, strengthening customer loyalty, and collaborating across portfolios to maintain high-quality customer support.
Location: Full-time onsite role in Galway, Ireland
Salary: Up to €30,300 per year

What you will do
- Call customers who have recently purchased fuel cards and guide them through the initial onboarding process.
- Represent newly signed customers and ensure their needs are addressed.
- Promote the wider product portfolio to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Adapt communication and engagement methods to each customer’s needs.
- Collaborate with the wider team and support other customer portfolios when required.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Confidence in managing and strengthening customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
