Customer Relationship Specialist

Location: Galway, Ireland; full-time onsite role

Salary: Up to €30,300 per year

What you will do

• Call newly signed fuel card customers and support them through the initial onboarding process.
• Act as the primary representative for new customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Promote the full range of hirify.global products to strengthen customer loyalty and relationships.
• Adapt communication and engagement methods to each customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support strategic goals.
• Provide support to other portfolios while maintaining a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Confidence in managing and enhancing customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
