Target hiring range: $96,664.36–$120,830.45 annually, depending on experience and before eligible incentives.

What you will do

• Administer Oracle database environments supporting the Fiserv DNA core banking platform and Microsoft SQL Server environments supporting enterprise applications, reporting, and operational systems.
• Maintain database availability, integrity, security, performance, capacity, monitoring, and recoverability across production, development, test, and disaster recovery environments.
• Support Fiserv DNA upgrades, patches, releases, conversions, core processing operations, and modernization initiatives.
• Perform performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, capacity planning, workload balancing, root cause analysis, and operational reporting.
• Lead backup, restoration, recovery, disaster recovery planning, RTO/RPO definition, recovery testing, and major incident response activities.
• Develop automation and data integration solutions using SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, PowerShell, REST APIs, SQL Agent, SSIS, monitoring tools, and operational dashboards.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of enterprise database administration experience supporting Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server, including 5–8 years supporting mission-critical production systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SQL clustering, Always On Availability Groups, database replication, and SQL Agent automation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle environments supporting Fiserv DNA, core banking operations, batch processing, integrations, interfaces, and release management.
• Experience with database performance monitoring, query optimization, performance tuning, capacity planning, data transformation, reconciliation, and migration processes.
• Knowledge of credit union operations, NCUA requirements, FFIEC guidance, PCI-DSS compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and banking technology security practices.
• High school diploma and a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
