Head of Multinational (Insurance)

Location: Toronto, Canada. Primarily office-based to support in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for hirify.global’s Multinational business across Canada.
• Lead Multinational Client Executives and Client Coordinators in delivering consistent client and stakeholder experiences.
• Drive the design, structuring, and management of global fronting and multinational programs across general insurance products.
• Manage profitable portfolio growth, including pipeline development and sales, marketing, and communications strategies.
• Ensure adherence to global underwriting, credit, pricing, reinsurance, legal, regulatory, claims, and operating model requirements.
• Lead transformation, process improvement, talent development, and change across the Canadian Multinational team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of insurance experience in roles of increasing authority.
• At least 5 years managing a sales- or service-oriented workforce.
• Strong, deep knowledge of multinational insurance, including fronting across multiple lines of business and markets.
• Experience with program structuring, credit, reinsurance, financial, legal, and regulatory aspects.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder teams through significant change.
• Excellent influencing, communication, strategic leadership, and operational improvement skills.
