Quality Assurance Analyst (Customer Onsite)

What you will do

• Review quality requests, validate standards, and oversee site-level root cause corrective action plans.
• Analyze historical performance data, audit results, and non-conformances to identify failure patterns and mitigation opportunities.
• Partner with operations teams on root cause analysis, quality training, and quality control documentation.
• Connect site-level issue management with network-wide continuous improvement initiatives and PFMEA risk updates.
• Design and govern improvements that address systemic process causes rather than isolated symptoms.
• Provide leadership with early visibility into quality risks and actionable reduction plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in project or program management, quality systems, ISO 9001 auditing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or operational process engineering.
• Proficiency with ISO 9001 standards, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis or data interpretation tools.
• Hands-on experience with quality management software and root cause analysis tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone, and PFMEA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including training, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration.
