Supply Chain Manager (Genomics)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $107,700–$161,500 base salary per year, plus eligible bonus, commission, and equity opportunities.

What you will do

• Control, schedule, and manage the flow of production from raw-material acquisition through finished-product distribution.
• Ensure raw-material and intermediate-material availability aligns with production schedules and manufacturing throughput.
• Manage purchasing, logistics, distribution, inventory, warehousing, and transportation activities.
• Develop and implement material-control, inventory-control, and related operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate material movement with purchasing, production, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Lead a supply chain discipline or department, including resources, budgets, methods, staffing, and team results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of related experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience overseeing teams of more than 10 employees.
• Experience with SAP ECC and EWM.
• Previous experience in large-scale supply chain or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work onsite in San Diego, California, United States.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
