ERP Project Manager (Freelance)

What you will do

• Plan and structure the IFS Cloud ERP implementation project.
• Support the Program Manager in managing the system integrator and protecting TOMRA's interests.
• Coordinate design, build, testing, communication, and delivery activities across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global time zones.
• Oversee project costs, timelines, deliverables, governance, and reporting.
• Support integration with discrete manufacturing processes and CRM tools.

Requirements

• Proven Project Manager experience in ERP implementations for discrete manufacturing and machinery.
• Experience working with multiple project managers and change managers within a larger business transformation program.
• Strong application background with hands-on experience and disciplined project documentation.
• Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, project controls, governance tools, and communication needs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; flexibility to work across global time zones and travel occasionally, approximately 15%.
• Experience in business or process analysis, change management, training, and greenfield ERP rollouts.

Nice to have

• Experience with D365 CRM tools.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in unstructured or less mature organizations.
