D365 Finance Process Owner (6 Month Contract)

Location: Rochester, NY, United States; on-site support for entities is required.

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per annum

hirify.global operates a Rochester factory and a US selling entity involved in the Dynamics 365 deployment programme.

What you will do

• Develop entity-readiness plans aligned with the D365 global blueprint and project timelines.
• Provide D365 Finance knowledge transfer and lead superusers through change management and adoption.
• Define, validate, and sign off requirements and deliverables with superusers, business analysts, and programme teams.
• Lead finance data profiling, mapping, data transformation, and ETL migration cycles, including issue resolution.
• Coordinate finance cutover activities and support testing, training, deployment, and go-live.
• Maintain and enhance the global implementation toolkit, including support for localisations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
• Experience deploying D365 or a similar ERP.
• Experience with continuous improvement, data migration, and business readiness activities.
• Senior qualified accountant status or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience managing senior internal and external stakeholders in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
