D365 Implementation Manager (Benelux & France) (9 Month Contract)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans for D365 deployments across Benelux and France.
• Lead site-level preparation across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Contracts, HR, and Finance.
• Own cutover planning, including checklists, resource plans, and runbooks.
• Track technical and operational readiness, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues.
• Coordinate governance checkpoints, go/no-go inputs, Early Life Support preparation, and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Support communications, localised training, knowledge transfer, KPI reporting, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Experience delivering enterprise-wide business applications, including ERP implementations in engineering, design, and manufacturing organisations.
• PMI or PRINCE project management qualification.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and multiple workstreams.
• Strong project management knowledge across scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, and risk.
• Hands-on delivery approach with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
