What you will do

• Examine contracts to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
• Verify that documents are properly signed and completed.
• Process paperwork promptly and post new and used vehicle deals to accounting records.
• Issue lien payoff checks and submit them to financial institutions.
• Reconcile accounting schedules and maintain customer satisfaction at company standards.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a busy office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Dependability, teamwork, and comfort working in an open-office environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and apply an appropriate sense of urgency.

Nice to have

• Automotive accounting experience.
• Experience with ADP.
