TL;DR
DevOps Engineer - Atlassian Service Management Tools (REF5111S) (Atlassian, AWS, Kubernetes): Designing and maintaining monitoring solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and Atlassian service management integrations for intelligent electronic tolling systems with an accent on reliability, scalability, security, and infrastructure automation. Focus on deploying Jira Service Management and Confluence, integrating Jenkins, Kubernetes, and AWS services, and troubleshooting production infrastructure.
Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do
- Deploy, configure, and manage Atlassian products, including Jira Service Management, Jira, and Confluence.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and integrations.
- Maintain and improve the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of systems and applications.
- Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to optimize workflows and DevOps practices.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS services, and other external platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, natural sciences, mathematics, business, or equivalent IT experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with Atlassian tools, especially Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience integrating Atlassian products with DevOps and ITSM tools, plus strong troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent English is required; remote work is limited to Hungary.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a SAFe environment.
- German language knowledge.
