DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AWS infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Modernize CI/CD practices for backend, web, mobile, and connected-TV applications, including AI-assisted tooling.
• Improve reliability, observability, cost efficiency, monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident response using AIOps approaches.
• Align DevOps tooling and engineering standards across teams while contributing to documentation and design reviews.
• Participate in on-call coverage during live events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience focused on cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, ALB, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and CloudWatch.
• Working knowledge of Terraform and Ansible, including reusable modules and remote state management.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and operating containerized workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, distributed architectures, observability, and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; willingness to participate in on-call rotation is required.
