Senior Valuation Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the local office in Houston, Texas, United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: 100% commission, typically based on a 35–50% commission split depending on production levels.

What you will do

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for financial reporting, purchase accounting, net asset value, periodic reporting, tax, and lending purposes.
• Value commercial real estate properties across all property types.
• Work independently and with team members across geographies to deliver client results.
• Gather relevant data through direct client interactions, including interviews with brokers and property managers.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
• Help prepare and present analysis results in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
• Bachelor’s degree and commercial real estate experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
