Sr. Analyst Customer Data - Walmart

Location: Rogers, Arkansas, United States; hybrid office role

Base salary: $89,800–$112,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

hirify.global is a consumer packaged goods company supporting sales data and analytics capabilities for its Walmart business.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day reporting and coordinate sales analysis and presentation needs.
• Serve as the data liaison for Scintilla data sources, transitioning existing tools and dashboards and creating new resources.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions for Walmart sales and category strategies.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries across large datasets.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical frameworks, reporting solutions, and actionable recommendations.
• Improve data quality, governance, automation, and reporting processes in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Growth.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL query development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with BI dashboard tools, preferably Power BI.
• Ability to validate and reconcile data across internal and external sources.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders and communicate analytical findings.
• Willingness to drive and travel as needed and work at a computer for most of the schedule.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
• Knowledge of AI large language models and effective prompting.
