What you will do

• Oversee Root Cause Corrective Actions, site-to-site issues, and audit findings, ensuring timely triage and resolution.
• Automate tactical defect data flows into BigQuery and update network PFMEAs with dynamic Occurrence and Detection scores.
• Build predictive models using BigQuery and R Markdown to identify emerging operational failure patterns before they affect SLAs.
• Lead cross-functional root cause analysis for complex multi-site issues using 5-Why, Fishbone diagrams, and PFMEA.
• Translate predictive analytics into actionable Path to Green mitigation plans for leadership reviews.
• Standardize QMS protocols, govern quality documentation, and coach site leads on advanced statistics and Six Sigma.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems Management, or Continuous Improvement within global logistics or operations.
• Master Black Belt or Senior Green/Black Belt certification.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and statistical modeling with R, Python, or Minitab.
• Experience creating Business Intelligence dashboards with R Markdown or Looker.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 9001, PFMEA, and dynamic risk scoring using RPN calculations.
• Ability to combine hands-on tactical execution with predictive analytics and cross-functional leadership.
