Senior Business Relationship Banker (Treasury Management)

Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $84,045–$103,818 per year in Los Angeles, with potential annual bonus, incentives, and restricted stock.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Preferred Banker team, handling complex client requests and supporting the full client life cycle.
• Provide expert guidance on treasury management, deposit operations, loans, commercial banking, and personal accounts.
• Manage work distribution, cross-training, service-level performance, reporting, risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit soundness.
• Analyze client patterns and needs to identify opportunities for relevant bank products and services.
• Support strategic initiatives through data analytics and change management across internal departments.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while supporting their career progression.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury management sales or service, branch banking operations, or a similar field.
• High school diploma required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management, and commercial banking products.
• Business, legal, and technical writing ability with knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications.
• Sales and service experience with business deposits or treasury management products.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
