Location: Empire State Building, New York, New York, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $95,975.90–$109,686.74 per year

What you will do

• Develop architectural designs, construction documents, technical details, plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and related project documentation using Revit and BIM technologies.
• Contribute to conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants in a BIM environment.
• Collaborate with project architects, project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support building code, accessibility, life-safety, and zoning research, as well as quality control reviews.
• Assist with presentations, renderings, design studies, proposals, construction administration, submittal reviews, RFIs, and site observations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 3–7 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery.
• Experience producing construction documents across multiple project phases.
• Working knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and life-safety standards.
• Strong technical detailing, problem-solving, coordination, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Progress toward professional licensure, including NCARB AXP participation or ARE examination progress.
• Experience with public-sector, transportation, institutional, healthcare, justice, or higher education projects.
• Familiarity with BIM execution planning, model management, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar visualization tools.
• Construction administration experience.
