What you will do

• Own and deliver recurring operational and performance reporting using trusted, governed data sources.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and visualisations in BI and supporting tools.
• Partner with operational, technical, finance and customer stakeholders to structure analytical requirements.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and insights for decision-making, investigations and continuous improvement.
• Maintain data definitions, lineage and refresh schedules while monitoring data quality and reporting reliability.
• Work within sprint and backlog processes and apply data governance, privacy and access controls.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in BI, analytics or data analysis, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong SQL capability across complex datasets.
• Experience designing and delivering intuitive dashboards using BI platforms.
• Strong analytical judgement, data visualisation skills and attention to data quality.
• Ability to explain insights and limitations clearly to non-technical audiences and manage competing priorities.
• Degree in Analytics, STEM, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled tools for analysis, automation or decision-making.
• Working knowledge of Python, R, Power Query/M, analytics engineering or CI/CD.
• Experience in Agile or sprint-based delivery environments.
