People Data Analyst

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $69,000–$109,000 per year for candidates based in the United States. Expected OTE is $77,000–$110,000 per year, including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Build reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for people programs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain and improve Workday and Looker dashboards for scalable and sustainable reporting.
• Audit data pipelines and reconcile information across Workday, Greenhouse, and Snowflake.
• Transform people data for advanced modeling and statistical analysis.
• Design data solutions and actionable insights with People, Growth, BI, Data Engineering, and IT stakeholders.
• Maintain data governance and follow security and data-sharing standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR Analytics, or a relevant master’s degree plus 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience transforming data in databases.
• Proficiency in at least one data analysis language, preferably Python.
• Experience building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or a similar visualization tool.
• Experience building reports in HR systems such as Workday or Greenhouse.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data, communication, collaboration, and workload management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
