What you will do

• Support electronic product development for flight termination systems and tactical electronics used in space and defense applications.
• Collaborate with design, test, quality, and production functions throughout concept, development, qualification, and production.
• Plan and execute PCBA prototype, design verification, environmental, risk-reduction, and qualification testing.
• Validate technical requirements and create test plans, procedures, reports, and change requests.
• Troubleshoot product and test-equipment hardware and software, gather and analyze test data, and present findings.
• Participate in customer communications, milestone reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and failure investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; electrical/electronics or computer engineering is preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred; new graduates with applicable backgrounds are considered.
• Previous experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with aerospace and defense product development is preferred.
