What you will do

• Develop reliable systems and devices within an Integrated Product Team.
• Decompose functional requirements and maintain specifications for electronic and mechanical products.
• Assess and trade system architectures for mission- and safety-critical applications.
• Identify critical interfaces, boundaries, requirements, and program risks.
• Create and maintain verification plans, requirements verification matrices, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
• Communicate requirements to cross-functional stakeholders and align verification methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering; electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or defense requirements development and analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through requirements management and verification activities.
• Requirements management experience, including disciplined maintenance of verification plans and objective evidence.
• Experience with DOORS or DOORS Next Gen is preferred.

• Systems engineering education, certification, or professional affiliations.
