Controls OFCI Manager (BMS/EPMS)

Location: Remote within the United States; domestic travel required approximately 30%.

Salary: $161,500–$179,100 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as a BMS and EPMS subject matter expert within the Innovation and Engineering team.
• Support the design and execution of controls systems across data center and other complex facility projects.
• Review engineering drawing packages, customer specifications, and mechanical and electrical equipment submittals.
• Coordinate controls requirements among design teams, construction leadership, general contractors, controls contractors, equipment vendors, and OFCI vendors.
• Work with construction teams during project execution and support commissioning activities through turnover.
• Translate owner and customer requirements into executable project documentation and help resolve design and installation issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in controls, MEP design, construction, commissioning, or a related field supporting complex facilities.
• Experience with BMS and/or EPMS systems and mechanical or electrical building systems.
• Experience collaborating directly with design engineers, general contractors, controls contractors, equipment vendors, and construction teams.
• Working knowledge of construction and commissioning processes, including issue resolution from design through turnover.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass comprehensive background and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction.
• Deep expertise in either mechanical or electrical controls.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation.
