What you will do

• Provide assurance and consulting services to industry-specific clients, with a focus on real estate and construction.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and resolve questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners while supporting team development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience, including 2 or more years providing financial statement auditing services in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or sufficient undergraduate accounting coursework to sit for the CPA exam.
• CPA preferred, or active progress toward completing the CPA exam.
• Experience serving real estate or construction clients.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
